Royal FloraHolland is the biggest flower auction in the world with an annual turnover of 4.5 billion euros. As with many industries, much of Royal FloraHolland’s business has moved from the physical to the online realm. Total Design created an ambitious, innovative, smart, new visual identity for Royal FloraHolland. I was part of the team and led the digital implementation. Within six months of intense work with Royal FloraHolland, we restyled its website, mobile app, dashboard, online services, members’ forum, and emails. Next to that, I worked on the interaction design of new features and an online strategy for Royal FloraHolland.
